Login Instruction

Step 1: Enter the valid email and password
Step 2: Click the Login button for Logging in
Contact Creation
Basic Contact Creation

Step 1- Click the contacts Module in the menu
Step 2- Click Create button on the Top Left of the page
Contact Creation
Entering Contact Details (If Contact is a Company)

Step 1 – Click the “Company” radio button
Step 2 – Enter Company name in the name field
Step 3 – Enter all the details as per the Fields
Step 4 – Click the ADD button in the Contacts & Address Sub menu to create multiple addresses
Step 5- Click Save to create Contact
Entering Contact Details (If Contact is an Individual)

Step 1- Click the “Individual” radio button
Step 2-Enter the Name of the Individual
Step 3-Enter the Name of the Company that the Person Belongs to
Step 4- Enter all the details as per the Fields
Step 5- Click the ADD button in the Contacts & Address Sub menu to create multiple addresses
Multiple Address Types
For Including additional addresses in existing address

Step 1- Click the Required address button to be included
Step 2- Fill in the required Details of Contact
Step 3- Click Save and New to include more address
Step 4- After filling up the details, click Save & Close
Creating Internal Notes

Step 1- Click Internal Notes Sub Menu
Step 2- You can give notes about the contact here
Creating Sales & Purchase
For Fill the contact type

Step 1- Click Sales & Purchase on the submenu
Step2- choose customer or vendor check box based on the contact type
Step 3- select the salesperson for Allot a Person to deal with the Customer
